These are my core beliefs and values:
- Personality and Experience: I want to have fun with my clients, I want to get to know the little details that make them tick, and I want to make sure they feel loved, spoiled, and at ease. As your photographer, I want to be the last thing you have to worry about.
Honest, Timely Communications: Curious about my editing process, need an opinion for print sizes, want to know what questions to ask the other photographers you’re investigating, or what my opinion of Arya Stark’s character arc is in Game of Thrones? I’m an open book for any and all questions. I’m a planner, and I do my best to ensure I have all the tools and information to provide the best images and experience.
Consistency and Quality: I spend my free time improving and perfecting my craft to deliver the best experience possible. I take great pride in what I do so you don’t have to worry.
Images to Love Forever: Your photos should be wonderfully timeless. I don’t use tacky posing or editing tricks because cheesy never looks good. If you look back in 25-plus years and don’t still love your photos, you have my permission to hunt me down and ask for a reshoot.
Pure True Tones and Colors: I love vibrant, contrasty images. Moody black and whites, dramatic lighting, and dynamic composition are how I see the world through my viewfinder.
Tell a Story: I shoot with a documentary style; I capture real moments that mean something to my clients. People like portraits, but candid moments of yourself and loved ones are what you'll cherish forever.
Punctuality and Dependability: I get to my appointments early, I over prepare, and I communicate early. I want everyone on the same page so we can avoid problems before they turn into nuclear explosions. I’ll help make sure we schedule our time so that we get the images you want with minimal hassle and maximal fun.
